Ronald J. Harper, Esquire, established Ronald J. Harper & Associates in 1972 while he was in house counsel for Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America, Inc. Ronald hired Andrea B. Paul, Esquire, in 1978 and they became Harper & Paul in 1985. Sharon N. Harvey, Esquire, joined the firm in 1992.
Harper & Paul is a General Civil Practice law firm, with over 30 years of experience providing legal services in the areas of wills and estates, personal injury, bankruptcy, real estate, family law, adoption, contracts, business law, and non-profit law and litigation.
